Version 9.90 includes a major update, including support for iOS 26.
As a result, some of the familiar behaviors and default settings have changed.
We will continue improving the app to make it easier to use, and we appreciate your understanding if any of these specification changes cause temporary inconvenience.
The main changes are as follows:
■ Updated UI Design (iOS 26 LiquidGlass Support)
The app’s interface has been redesigned to support iOS 26 LiquidGlass.
Some screen layouts and control positions have been updated.
■ Reorganized Settings Screen
Over the years, new items had been added individually, causing settings to become scattered and hard to navigate.
We reorganized the settings based on usage categories, hid less frequently used items by default, and added clearer explanations for each option.
■ Updated Behavior for “Next Book” / “Previous Book”
The default behavior now selects the next book based on filename order, rather than the order shown in the file list.
If you prefer the previous behavior (file-list order), you can switch it back in the settings.
■ Improved Streaming Support
When split-transfer streaming is not available, the app now automatically downloads the file in advance so that it can still be opened.
■ Enhanced Security for Cloud Storage Connections
We strengthened the authentication process to improve security.
Depending on the service, you may be asked to sign in again.
■ Improved Background Downloads
Download processing has been enhanced to allow files to be retrieved more reliably while the app is in the background.
As part of this change, a notification will be shown when a download completes.
(You will see a notification permission prompt when launching the app for the first time after the update.)
