How to Transfer Files
With ComicGlass, you can transfer files from your PC to ComicGlass using the following methods.
File transfer is done from the “Remote” screen.
To open the Remote screen, tap the button shown in the image.
Transfer via Wi-Fi (Easy & Recommended)
Using the Dedicated Transfer Tool
This method uses
ComicGlass MediaServer, the dedicated transfer tool. It supports both Windows and Mac.
On the same Wi-Fi (LAN), launch ComicGlassMediaServer and tap “MediaServers Near Me” from the Remote screen in ComicGlass.
The MediaServer will be detected automatically.
Using MediaServer is simple—just select the folder you want ComicGlass to access and press the “Start” button!
Transfer via Cloud Storage
The following cloud storage services are supported:
- OneDrive
- OneDrive for Business
- Dropbox
- Box
- Google Drive (provisional support)
You can also access files in iCloud Drive.
Transfer by Connecting with USB Cable to Windows (iTunes)/Mac
Connect to Windows
Please install the “Apple Devices” app. (External site / Microsoft Store)

Use the Apple Devices app to copy the book files you want to read into ComicGlass.
Connect to Mac
On Mac, simply connect and the device will be recognized in Finder.
Copy the book files you want to read into ComicGlass.

Using the Files App
By using the standard iOS “Files” app, you can copy multiple files from USB memory, iCloud, or other apps into ComicGlass.
Open the Files app, then copy the files you want to view into ComicGlass.
Files copied into ComicGlass will automatically appear in the file list.
Please copy the files into “On My iPhone → ComicGlass.”
